Jodie Stevens
AACI, P. app. – Director, Commercial Manager
Jodie Stevens has been a commercial appraiser since 2012 and comes with a degree in Property Economics from Central Queensland University in Australia. After moving to Canada in 2016, she quickly earned her AACI designation. Jodie has a rich background in appraising a wide range of assets, including commercial and industrial properties, multi-residential and mixed-use buildings, offices, retail spaces, and unique assets like gas stations, carwashes, and hotels. She’s also highly skilled in assessing specialized government infrastructure assets for insurance replacement and financial reporting. Jodie’s expertise and diverse experience make her a standout in the field.
Karen Nunnenmacher
AACI, P.app designated Commercial appraiser
Karen Nunnenmacher has been an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada for over a decade, and achieved her AACI designation in 2024, focusing within the Niagara Region but with the ability to support our clients throughout Southern Ontario. Karen holds degrees and diplomas from Thompson River University, the University of British Columbia, and Niagara College. Karen has a diverse knowledge across many facets of the real estate appraisal industry and across many asset classes, with her main expertise extending across; commercial properties, multi-plex residential buildings, agricultural properties, wineries, light industrial buildings, hospitality assets including operating hotels, vacant development land, office/retail spaces, and parkland dedications for and on behalf of many of the Niagara municipalities. Karen’s skills also extend across the residential market, including single-family dwellings, townhouses, and condominium units. Karen’s appraisal clients range from financial institutions, trust companies, private mortgage and loan companies, governments bodies, lawyers (estates and matrimonial), and private individuals.
Brad J. Weisberg

Brad Weisberg brings a fresh perspective to the appraisal world, armed with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, class of 2007. Before diving into appraisals, he honed his skills in business development, working with a range of corporations. Brad has a knack for appraising a variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, restaurants, apartment complexes, and automotive and industrial spaces. Currently, he’s on the path to earning his AACI designation, adding even more depth to his already impressive portfolio.
Jonathan Wollziefer

Jonathan Wollziefer has been a dynamic player in the real estate game since 2008, diving into both sales and appraising with enthusiasm. In 2016, he earned his CRA designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is now diligently working towards the AACI accreditation. Jonathan’s commitment extends beyond his professional work; he volunteers with the AIC’s Professional Competency Interviews, playing a key role in guiding new candidates towards their designations.
